Hi there, and welcome! I just wanted to take the time to share a little of our story and launch our first ever blog!
I know what you might be thinking. You’ve heard this type of story before. Another “couple duo”. The contractor husband and interior designer wife who flip houses and live a beautiful life they’ve built together. I’ll admit, that’s all true. However, there is more to this story and we hope you can gain something from our journey. Whether that be through inspiration from our successes, learning from our mistakes, or booking a stay and creating your own memories in our homes, we are excited to share our experiences and all things home with you!
Melvin and I started this business venture together at the beginning of 2022. Revive & Co was born out of a shared passion for real estate, design and hospitality. Real estate investing and construction are not new fields of work for Melvin, as he has been in this line of work and growing his real estate portfolio since the age of 18. It’s through his experience and learned expertise that we are able to craft and deliver the high end finishes in our homes. I have a background in nursing and worked full time as a Registered Nurse up until the Summer of 2023. I have always had a love for interior design and enjoyed really being able to tap into that passion as a side hustle over the past few years. After completely renovating our personal home together (more on that in the future), we discovered how easily our skill sets complement each other and made the decision to launch our own business. Fast forward to today, our portfolio boasts several properties ranging from short-term to mid-term and long-term rentals. Our collective goal? Creating not just houses, but homes that leave a lasting impression for our guests.
